Privacy Policy
We collect only the personal information necessary to process bookings and provide our services. All data is stored securely and never shared with third parties without consent, except as required by law.


Terms & Conditions
By making a reservation, guests agree to comply with our booking, cancellation, and house rules. Payments must be made to confirm bookings. Cancellations and refunds are subject to our stated policy. ComeOn Stay&Sleep reserves the right to update these terms at any time.


Payment Policy
All reservations must be paid in full to confirm the booking.
Payments can be made through the following methods:
- Thai bank transfer via QR code (for direct bookings)
- PayPal, Credit Card (for direct bookings)
- Online Travel Agencies (OTAs) using their secure payment systems
Any booking without successful payment will be considered incomplete and may be automatically cancelled.
Guests are responsible for any transaction fees charged by the payment provider.


Cancellation & Refund Policy

- Guests may cancel their reservation free of charge up to 14 days before the check-in date.
- Cancellations made less than 14 days before check-in will be charged full amount of the total booking.
- No-shows will be charged the full amount of the reservation.
- Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within  7–14 business days to the original payment method.
- Bookings made via OTAs (e.g., Booking.com, Agoda) are subject to the cancellation policies stated on those platforms.
